1. You must take a photo within 3 days of receiving your order and email the photo to hello@nomcos.co.uk along with your order number.

2. Use the product consistently for 90 days - This means applying the product as directed, every day.

3. Take a final photo after 90 days - Send your before & after images along with a short description of your experience to hello@nomcos.co.uk for verification.

4. Approval & Refund - Once we confirm that the product has been used as instructed with no noticeable difference, we will issue your full refund to your original payment method.

 

Terms & Conditions:

This policy only applies to first-time purchases of a product.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after the 90-day period ends.

The guarantee is only valid for UK orders placed through our official website (www.nomcos.co.uk).

The product must have been used as directed, and abuse of this policy (such as incomplete usage) will result in denial of a refund.
